Sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerinden yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak mesleklere \u00f6zg\u00fc yeterlikler ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mesleklere ili\u015fkin olarak saptanan bu yeterlilikler, haz\u0131rlanacak olan \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131 ile mod\u00fcllerin temel dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u00e7eri\u011fini olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretim programlar\u0131n\u0131n ve mod\u00fcllerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda, i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sekt\u00f6rel kurulu\u015flarla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi ve i\u015f birli\u011fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Meslek elemanlar\u0131na ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcnden beklenen yeterliklerde ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ilgili odalar\u0131n da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri al\u0131narak bunlar program \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
