Ayakkab\u0131 ve Saraciye sanayi, \u00fclkelerde istihdama \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131larda bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcretime y\u00f6nelik bir sekt\u00f6r oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de \u00fclke ekonomilerine y\u00fcksek oranda katma de\u011fer sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde sekt\u00f6rde kalifiye eleman s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 had safhadad\u0131r. Ayakkab\u0131 ve Saraciye Teknolojisi Alan\u0131 programlar\u0131n\u0131n mod\u00fcler esasl\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, \u00fclkemiz ekonomisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan bu sekt\u00f6re kalifiye eleman yeti\u015ftiren mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim sistemine yeni bir anlay\u0131\u015f getirecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayakkab\u0131 ve Saraciye Teknolojisi Alan\u0131 \u00c7er\u00e7eve \u00d6\u011fretim Program\u0131nda;<br>1. Ayakkab\u0131 \u0130malat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br>2. Sayac\u0131l\u0131k,<br>3. \u00c7anta ve Saraciye meslekleri yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r tarama ve inceleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda sekt\u00f6rde faaliyet g\u00f6steren meslekler saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Program ve mod\u00fcllerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda i\u015f piyasas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fck geli\u015fmelerin ve gereksinimlerin t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleri ile dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131 ile sekt\u00f6rle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunulmu\u015ftur. Sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerinden hareketle mesleklere \u00f6zg\u00fc yeterlikler ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mesleklere ili\u015fkin saptanan bu yeterlikler, haz\u0131rlanan \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131 ve mod\u00fcllerin temel dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u00e7eri\u011fini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Program s\u00fcrecinde ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar, \u00fcniversiteler, sekt\u00f6rden uzmanlar ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
